Youth Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development (YELD) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered by the Non-Governmental Organizations Co-ordination Board of Kenya. We are a youth-driven non-profit organization focused on youth entrepreneurial advocacy by addressing systemic youth discrimination and disenfranchisement from policy, governance, leadership, and decision making processes. Thus, YELD serves as agents of economic transformation through the promotion of entrepreneurial education, enterprise development, and leadership involvement in Kenya’s economic agenda. We act as a linkage between young entrepreneurs and accomplished business mentors to support startups by connecting them to mentors and providing relevant resources to make them succeed by enabling access to the tools, training, and support they need to thrive in entrepreneurship and make our world a better place.
